Generally pretty good but we have seen some loss of cable service intermittently. Mostly in the evening. Call service department, run through all restart actions unhooking and resetting router & modem, turning system & TV off, then you offer to send a signal/code from your system & then we do the same things again. Sometimes it starts working, other times we just get frustrated & turn it off. Service used to be reliable. Now, not so much.

If you work from home, Spectrum is not for you. I have gone through 3 sets of equipment in the last two years. The second set for some reason got to the point where only wired connections was working. The mobile app to set up new equipment is not user friendly either. There is still no Fiber in my area, only T mobile has that. As a gamer and remote worker Spectrum is lacking. What did work? their phone service is pretty good which is why they are not 1 star.

sorry, can't give it zero, because it won't let me. I'm so sick and tired of this garbage. Keeps signing me out of my devices at random. always freezes during playback when something is happening. customer support is a joke at best. be prepared to take all the blame without getting any help in return. it's never their fault, even when their hardware breaks. if there was a different option in my area, I would drop in less than a blink of an eye. garbage
