Too many ads and the company does nothing to test prior to release the advertising on its platform to determine if the ad actually complies with its alleged standards. More recently and too many times to be less than annoying I have been forced to back out of the game and then re-enter the game because the ads that the company accepts take control of its platform and capture the user without allowing the game player to access the hand that has been dealt. I'm looking for a new spades game.

This game is effective at teaching you how to play spades, but once you've got the hang of it, you quickly realize the AI partners suck. Please train the AI to properly defend a Nil, and to stop holding the high cards until the third time a suit is played. It almost guarantees the Ace is Trumped. The play is too clunky and frustrating once you know how to play.

I paid $24 for a 1-year subscription only to realize that once I reached Grand Master 1 Tier that there was no further competitive challenges. What a rip-off! Nothing but the further grind of just playing the game to achieve bid scores. Not to mention the AI player is completely unacceptable! It bids consistently too high and does not pay attention to NIL opponents for starters. I want a refund.
