Our food didn't show up but we were charged. Customer service was difficult to reach. I submitted a ticket through the app, which was pending until it disappeared without explanation. I called customer support who said they can't help me unless they call me back in 15 minutes, which of course, they never did. Eventually I did get an email from them telling me to resolve it through the restaurant directly. Had words for them. Did get the money back. Lesson: pay with cash when ordering food.

The app is mostly good. Having to select discounts everytime is annoying but still worth it. my only qualm is when grab automatically puts food items in my cart that I didnt select. good job. you managed to add a product I didnt need so that the restaurant and you can make a quick extra buck. but it costs you 4 stars. remove the jam extra food items I dont want feature!

My order was cancelled after more than 30 minutes, but my card was still charged the whole amount. The Help Centre chat can't address my issue due to automated replies. I tried to call the hotline but it's a wrong number. It's so frustrating that you're so fast in debiting money from a buyer's bank account even before he/she gets the food/product, but when the delivery is cancelled, you're so slow to process the refund/reimbursement or worst, you're out of reach/can't be contacted immediately.
